# Netgear RAX50 WiFi Setup Guide

1. Connect to the Router

- Plug in the RAX50 and power it on.
- Connect your computer or mobile device to the router's default WiFi SSID (found on the label) or connect via an Ethernet cable.

1. Access the Admin Panel

- Open a web browser and enter http://www.routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1 in the address bar.
- Log in using the default credentials:
- Username: admin
- Password: password
- If prompted to update the firmware, follow the instructions to do so before proceeding.

1. Configure WiFi Settings

- Navigate to Wireless Settings in the left menu.
- Set the Network Name (SSID) for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
- Set Security Options:
- WPA2 or WPA3 is recommended.
- Enter a secure WiFi Password.
- Ensure Enable SSID Broadcast is checked.

1. Save Changes

- Click Apply to save the settings.
- The router may reboot, and the new WiFi settings will take effect.

1. Connect Devices

- Use your new SSID and password to connect devices to the network.
