# D-Link DIR-825 Factory Reset Guide

Step 1: Locate the Reset Button

Find the Reset button on the back of the router.

Step 2: Perform the Factory Reset

1. Ensure the router is powered on.

1. Press and hold the Reset button for about 10 seconds using a paperclip or similar tool until the power LED begins to blink.

1. Release the button and wait for the router to reboot (approximately 1 minute).

Step 3: Reconfigure the Router

After the reset, access the admin panel via http://192.168.0.1 and log in using the default credentials (Username: admin, Password: admin).
