# Factory Reset Procedure for Xiaomi AX3000

If you need to perform a factory reset on your Xiaomi AX3000 router, follow these steps:

Procedure

  1. Power On the Router: Ensure the router is powered on.

  1. Locate the Reset Button: Find the reset button, usually situated on the back or bottom of the router. It may be a small pinhole button labeled "Reset."

  1. Press and Hold Reset: Using a paperclip or a similar object, press and hold the reset button.

- Hold the button for about 10 seconds until the LED lights start blinking.

  1. Release the Button: Once the lights indicate a reset, release the button. The router will restart automatically, reverting to factory settings.

  1. Reconnect and Reconfigure: After the reset completes, use the default IP address 192.168.31.1 to access the admin interface and reconfigure your settings.

Note

All previous configurations will be lost after the reset, including custom SSIDs, passwords, and other settings. Ensure you back up necessary configurations if required.
