Performing a Factory Reset

Steps to Reset the Router

1. Locate the Reset Button:

- The reset button is usually found on the back or bottom of the router.

1. Prepare the Reset Process:

- Ensure the router is powered on.

1. Press and Hold the Reset Button:

- Use a paper clip or similar object to press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
- The LED indicators will flash, indicating a reset is taking place.

1. Release the Button:

- After about 10 seconds, release the button. The router will reboot.

1. Wait for the Router to Reboot:

- Allow a couple of minutes for the router to reset to factory settings.

1. Reconfigure the Router:

- After reset, use the default admin credentials to log in (192.168.0.1, Username: admin, Password: admin).

Important Notes

All customized settings such as WiFi name and password will be erased. Backup any important configurations beforehand.
